I am staying at a buddies house right now and he and a few friends were out in the backyard working on the deck. It just happened to be the same time that I was doing insanity and after the workout I over heard one of the boys say “IS HE PLAYING THE JUMANJI BOARD GAME IN THERE OR SOMETHING” LMAO. Not that I thought after 1 week this workout was just going to be a cake walk but i didn’t expect it to be harder, I am at least able to get through the warm up without stopping but the workout still sucks.
Helping my new workout is my new diet plan, that involves ME COOKING, i discovered that I love cooking when i had my 2 back surgeries and was stuck in the house all day with nothing on tv but the cooking channel. But healthy cooking isn’t quite as rewarding. I am discovering that if you add health you must remove taste… If any of you have some healthy tasty recipes please send them through. I would love to try them. Im not going to start my own Julie and Julia blog by any stretch but I need some different ideas besides meat and broccoli..
